About dr malek
For many years, Dr Emile Malek was one of four long term Owners / Directors of Tandem Health Labrador Medical Centre.
Dr Malek is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners with vast experience across various areas of general practice. Dr Malek is known as a caring and experienced senior GP.
Over the years Dr Malek has provided regular care to residents of residential aged care facilities on the northern end of the Gold Coast, while also consulting in rooms.
For many years Dr Malek was an accredited Supervisor and Trainer for the Australian General Practice
Post-Graduate Medical Education Training Program and has been instrumental in the supervision of registrars.
Dr Malek is a former member of the Multicultural Council of Gold Coast. His large patient following reflects his respected and long-term work within the local multicultural community. Dr Malek is also a former member of the Coptic Committee of Gold Coast and an active member of the Coptic Committee of Queensland Conferences.
